PolEval 2026 Workshop — Warsaw, January 2027

PolEval 2026 will conclude with the presentation of the participating systems and the overall results at the PolEval 2026 workshop, which will take place in January 2027 in Warsaw, in a hybrid format (online and onsite). Participation in the workshop is free of charge; however, the organisers will not cover travel or accommodation costs.

Slavic NLP Workshop — Athens, March 2027

A dedicated session at the Slavic NLP 2027 workshop will present this year’s PolEval tasks and winning systems to a broader audience interested in Polish and Slavic language processing.

Publication in the PolEval 2026 Proceedings

We invite participants in the PolEval 2026 shared tasks to submit papers describing their systems, methods, experiments, and results. We also welcome papers describing the design of new benchmarks developed as part of the shared tasks.

Accepted papers will be published in the PolEval 2026 proceedings in the ACL Anthology.

Review process

To ensure the quality of the proceedings and meet the publication requirements of the ACL Anthology, all submissions will undergo double-blind peer review.

All authors submitting a paper are expected to participate in the review process as reviewers for this year’s edition. Review assignments and review reports will be managed through OpenReview. Acceptance notifications and reviews will be sent to authors via the same platform.

Authors of accepted papers must address the reviewers’ comments and suggestions when preparing their camera-ready versions.

Publication in the Slavic NLP Workshop Proceedings

As PolEval 2026 is hosted by the Slavic NLP 2027 workshop, the winners of the shared tasks will also be invited to collaborate with the task organisers on overview papers dedicated to their respective tasks. These papers will be submitted for publication in the Slavic NLP Workshop proceedings and will follow the workshop’s submission deadlines and publication requirements.

PolEval proceedings are planned to be published in the ACL Anthology. The volume will contain papers describing tasks (by task organisers) and individual systems (by participants).
